I help organisations grow through change by bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to how people work, lead, and perform without turning HR into bureaucracy.

If you’re here, you probably believe that growth doesn’t come from headcount alone, but from better decisions, clearer structures, and leadership that actually works in practice. So do I. I work with leadership teams to turn people-related complexity into designed systems that support execution — without losing the human side of work.

Over the past 12+ years, I’ve partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams, built critical foundations from scratch, and led change in fast-growing, international, and regulated organisations. I’m known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and for enjoying complexity a bit more than most people (yes, even labour law and people data).

Where I really come alive is working with leaders: facilitating conversations, challenging assumptions, and helping teams make better decisions about how they organise, lead, and grow.

This site is an extension of my LinkedIn and a place where I share things I’ve built, tested, broken, and learned — so others don’t have to start from a blank page.

Outside of work, I’m into good coffee, travel, home design, and trying to live with less waste (with mixed success). On weekends, you’ll likely find me at a fair, a festival, or one coffee shop too many.
