Come with me to this journey where I will explain what is the emotion and value that I see as a result of my everyday effort.
Every day I go to work to think beyond the borders to help the world work together. This means I give my all to support companies in making the best hiring decisions without having to think about a candidate regards hiring a local vs hiring from abroad. My everyday job is to make hiring abroad as easy as possible, so companies would be powered to choose their talented new team members based on their skill, not their passport.
Talking to CEOs, Managers, and People Operation Teams we hear many myths about foreign recruitment and relocation that can make a person second guess how good of an idea it really is. The arguments range from thinking it is too expensive, to being afraid it will be too time-consuming.
